The Live Art Experience
The Live Art Experience
Live Art is an exciting, new exhibit showcasing at Sydney Town Hall. The exhibit is highly innovative, interactive and great fun for all the family. Live Art first approached Marketing Mechanics, 3 weeks prior to opening, with the request to develop all marketing collateral and generate exposure for the event. This a big ask considering the time frame, but Marketing Mechanics approached this job like any other; with experience, commitment and excitement.
With the open date looming Marketing Mechanics wasted no time jumping into action. The Live Art exhibit had no previous marketing or branding in place, so everything had to be created from scratch including the logo and webpage.
In the 3 weeks leading up to the opening date Marketing Mechanics designed and created a brand new logo; designed, developed and printed flyers; designed, printed and constructed event banners; created and launched an entirely new website; designed adverts and faxes for relevant publications and databases; and generated media exposure through contacts, networks and databases.
We developed a marketing plan and media schedule including TV, Radio, Online and print and worked directly with Ticketmaster for their ticket sales, eNews and website. We also achieved free online listings for school holiday activities including major sites such as kidspot. Our media buying skills provided our client with a healthy 40% discount across the board on all media spend. All activity aimed at generating exposure, generating sales and making the proprietor’s event a huge success.
To achieve all that we have achieved for Live Art within the time frame could not have been accomplished had it not been for the experience, dedication to results and
passion for marketing and advertising we posses at Marketing Mechanics.
The Live Art event is opening 30th March- 12th May at Sydney Town Hall. All visitors are welcome; please visit the website for more information.
